Bryan Hewitt has been working with photography and moving images for over 25 years. He focuses mainly on film and video production. He also photographs architecture and difficult-to-document artworks such as exhibitions, delicate historical works, video installations and performances. Clients and publications have included C Magazine, the New York Times, Cheryl Haines Gallery, Krafton, Gallery Wendi Norris, The Fort Mason Center, SOMARTS and many local SF Bay Area artists and businesses.
Vita Hewitt has a background in photojournalism and fine art. She focuses primarily on editorial photography. Publication of her images has included 7X7 Magazine, the New York Times, KQED, Midbrow Oakland, Broke-Ass Stuart, Town & Country, and The Fold. Her work also includes executive portraiture, head shots, performances and events.
Bryan and Vita work together to cover large events such as holiday parties, concerts and commencements. They also collaborate on more complex projects such as university catalogs, re-branding projects and larger film productions. Past clients in these areas have included UCSF, UC Berkeley, the Presidio Graduate School, and Striking Distance Studios, as well as several local High Schools, Grade Schools, companies and non-profits.
